2. Services Provided
We provide professional services including:
- Residential trash bin cleaning
- Commercial dumpster/bin cleaning
- Pressure washing services
All services are subject to availability and service area coverage.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Services are scheduled based on availability and route planning.
- Customers do not need to be present during service, but bins must be accessible.
Access Requirements:
- Bins must be placed curbside or in an accessible location.
- Bins must be empty prior to cleaning.
- Gates must be unlocked, and any gate codes must be provided.
👉 If bins are not accessible or not emptied, service may be skipped and a service fee may still apply.
4. Subscription Services
We offer recurring subscription plans including monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual services.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Billing occurs according to the selected plan cycle.
- Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
👉 No partial refunds will be issued for unused service periods.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is clearly displayed before checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for extra bins or selected add-ons.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Failed Payments:
- If payment fails, service may be paused until payment is resolved.
- We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to repeated failed payments.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
- One-time services are non-refundable after booking confirmation.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Ensure bins are empty and accessible
- Secure pets and provide safe access to property
- Provide accurate service location details
Failure to meet these conditions may result in skipped service without refund.
8. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services under the following conditions:
- Hazardous or prohibited waste in bins
- Severely damaged bins
- Unsafe working conditions
- Extreme weather conditions
9. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- We take care to avoid damage but cannot guarantee removal of all stains or odors in extreme cases.
10. Environmental Responsibility
We use eco-friendly cleaning methods and a contained system that captures wastewater to prevent environmental contamination.
11. Service Area
Our services are available in:
- Washington State
- King County
- Pierce County
We reserve the right to decline service outside these areas.
12. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:
- Service confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Billing notifications
